 Maintaining an efficient accounting system.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Must be proficient in accounting software such as Quick Book

·        Prepare a monthly statement of comprehensive income, statement of financial position and other financial reports. 

·        Account system set up

·        Prepare and maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures.

·        Knowledge of, and ensuring compliance to all Federal and State tax regulation

·        Reconciliation of account.

 

 Requirement:

·       Minimum qualification: B.Sc. in Accounting, Economics, Finance or any relevant field

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with the use of accounting software
  • Good knowledge of stock Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Excellent budgeting skills.
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Not less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
