Job brief

Identifying and understanding client needs, creating design proposals, coordinating and managing projects from conception to completion, and giving timely reports on project progress.

Responsibilities

·        

Id  Identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

·        Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional designs

·        Produce detailed drawing and make any necessary corrections

·        Compile project specifications

·        Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations

·        Make on-site visits to check on the project status and report on the project

·        Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals

Requirements

·       

     Proven work experience as an Architect

·       Knowledge and use of Design Tools (Revit AutoCAD, etc.)

·        Expert knowledge of building components, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards

·        Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software: 2D & 3D

·        Visual awareness and an eye for detail

·        Communication and project management skills

·        Teamwork and Collaboration

·        Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Architecture, Interior Design

·        Minimum of 2-5 years post NYSC experience
