DESCRIPTION Job Objectives 

• Acquisition of new business partners 

• Manage partner interactions & relationships to ensure optimal value is received from the relationship from customers 


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

• Identify & engage prospective customers for acquisition 

• Review current business opportunities to identify opportunities for growth 

• Onboard business partners  

• Preparation & presentation of business proposals to customers 

• Be the face & representative of the company to customers 

• Create and implement business acquisition & development plans 

• Review data and information to make recommendations on growing sales and negotiating expiring contracts 

• Manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders 

• Ensure the relationships are managed in line with the company’s core values, objectives & aspirations 

• Ensure relationship with customers are maximized at all times and enhances the power of our brand in the marketplace 

• Carry out any other duties as delegated by the Chief Executive Officer Required Skills and Competencies 

• Customer-focused, analytical, and have strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Administration, customer service & sales experience 

• Must be a high energy and self-motivated person 

• Have the ability to travel within & outside Nigeria 

• High proficiency in use of Microsoft office applications 

• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills 

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Qualification 

• Relevant degree in any course from a reputable university 

• 2 to 5 years’ proven experience in business development/direct sales experience  


Location: VI, Lagos.
