Purpose 
We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to support the busy Corporate Training team. The job will be challenging, and you will be at the core of marketing Capworth’s Training courses to ensure we meet our target of running 60% of our open courses. Capworth runs open courses in Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Ghana, Dubai and London. Each class requires a minimum class size of 6 to run. You will seize opportunities to be a self-starter and use your own initiative to creatively solve problems. You will be confident, quick to adapt and willing to take on a wide range of marketing and admin tasks. Your communication skills will be excellent, and you will be familiar with various social media platforms and conduct yourself in a professional manner online. 
  Duties and Responsibilities
 §  Marketing of Capworth Training courses§  Coordination of the business unit activities
§  Supporting the business development of the company in every way and ensuring its success in the long term
§  Identifying market opportunities and working hard to make the most of the opportunities
§  Cultivate mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential client
§  Recommending new programmes based on client needs§  Facilitate on soft skills courses and IT courses
§  Work with organizations to identify staff training needs.
§  Prepare weekly reports on activities for the week and proposed plan for the week ahead
§  Creating evaluation parameters needed in gauging customer satisfaction of the company’s products or services  
 Person Specification
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
 Works well in a team 
 Willing to take on challenging tasks independently
 Completing tasks to strict deadlines 
 Graduate with 2-3 years experience in a marketing role
 Excellent people skills
 Networking and sales skills essential
