Job Description

  1. Leading, managing and growing a Strategic Business Unit
  2. Developing and executing strategies and policies that ensure operational performance, growth, sales performance and profitability.
  3. Providing leadership and managing day-to-day operations of the Company including commercial and operations activities
  4. Enforcing the company's core values of Integrity, Creating Customer Value, Customer Service and Routinised Excellence.

1.    Developing New Operational/Trade/Customer Marketing Products and Services

2.    Growing Client Base

3.    Growing size of Business with Current Clients

4.    Managing Operational/Trade/Customer Marketing Products and Services Projects

5.    Managing Relationship with current clients

7.    Delivering Revenue and Profit Targets

 

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

·         Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field

·         Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in Operational Sales and Marketing out of which at least Three (3) years must have been spent at Senior Management/Executive Management Level

·         Extensive Industry Network

·         Strategic and Analytical Thinking

·         Strong Leadership, and Excellent decision making Skills

·         Change Oriented and Result Focused

·         Negotiation and Presentation Skills

·         Life-Long Learner

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

·         IT applications proficient (especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word)

·         Not more than 45 years

 

Remuneration:Fixed Pay: N3,600,000 Per annum + N8,400,000 Pay for Performance +N6,000,000 MBO Bonuses
