Our Client, a group of Companies is looking for a qualified Community Manager to join its team. You should be experienced in social media, PR and promotional events,
The ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities
1. Develop a content plan.
2. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
3. Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
4. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
5. Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
6. Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
7. Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.
8. Devise and implement community communication initiatives to boost brand awareness.
9. Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.
10. Relay community feedback and online review to relevant internal stakeholders.
11. Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and ensure brand consistency.
12. Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.
13. Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation.
Requirements
1. Proven work experience as a Community Manager.
2. Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program,e.t.c).
3. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
6. Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
7. Exceptional time management skills.
8. A degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
