Our Client, a Real Estate company is looking for a creative Copywriter who is dedicated to crafting excellent original content. In this role, you will work with others to better understand project expectations, produce content according to our business needs, participate in the brainstorming process, and conduct research to develop writing.

To be successful in this role, you must be a team-spirited, skilled, and imaginative writer with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

1. Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets company needs and deadlines.

2. Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.

3. Learning about the target audience for copy.

4. Collaborate with designers and other professionals on large and small scale marketing projects (e.g email campaign, landing pages, etc)

5. Assisting other aspects of the creative or research process to create cohesive, accurate content.

6. Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.

7. Conduct high-quality research and interviews.

8. Edit and proofread copy as needed.

9. Use SEO principles to maximize copy's reach

10. Source images and other contents.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a copywriter or related role

2. Knowledge of online strategy and creation.

3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

4. Experience with SEO.

5. Strong research skills,

6. Creativity, Resourcefulness, and Flexibility.

7. Collaborative spirit.

8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

9. A degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
