Our Client, a Real Estate company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to provide product/services information and manage customer queries and complaints.

Ultimately you will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

 Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3. Communicating with customers through various channels.

4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 

Requirements:

1.  Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

2. Ability to stay calm under pressure.

3. High level of professionalism.

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Good problem-solving skills.

7. A degree.
