Job Description

Render efficient customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, promoting the company’s products/services and ensuring complaints/problem resolution.

Responsibilities

·       Handle customers complaints, inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure resolution

·       Promote and market company products/services by helping customers get a better understanding of the brand.

·       Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

·       Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

·       Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

·       Take the extra mile to engage customers

·       Reporting to the Manager and assist in other duties as may be assigned by your superior

Requirements

·       Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·       Interpersonal skills

·       Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

·       Self-motivated and result-oriented

·       Analytical and attentive to detail

·       Minimum Qualification of B.Sc. or HND

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
