General Summary
Will be responsible for learning and performing multiple roles primarily across the following core tasks
Develop business and impact metrics typrical to marketplaces and SaaS and make relevant to track business and impact performance of RxAll platform
Able to set up data collection system that requires tweaking from time to time
Able to connect data feeding channels from business and management team in order to feed into data collection system set up
Able to prepare measure business and impact metrics using a combination of financial statements and platform activity
Able to track changes in business and impact metrics with the strong capacity to derive insights and communicate actionable points to management
Able to report business and impact metrics using Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau, SQL, R with a focus on deriving insights with actionable recommendations weekly that help management unlock value
Able to create data from both primary and secondary sources in order to proactively and on insturction address business questions
Strong capacity to visualise data and actionable insights weekly using Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
Capacity to create own data analysis on self-initiation with the flexbility to quickly deliver reports on demand as requested by management
Must be the numbers person providing insights and actionable recommendations to management to help address investor, business, donor questions that help guide ROI, Operational and Impact decisions
Strong capacity to create excellent powerpoint presentattions to manegermnt, investors and donors highlighting key growth areas and achievements, areas for improvement and opportunties to unlock new value- including specific SMART actions for managment to take
Strong problem and metrics structuring, development, measuring,tracking, variance assessment, data analysis, writing, reporting and communication skills
Coming up with and implementing ideas for data crunching and insights development
If successful will be promoted to lead Africa' Data Analyst Team sales development with a focus on Wholesaler sign up and onboarding
Will work directly with the Head of Sales Growth to develop and execute strategies from data analysis that will increase achievement of business targets across business and impact metric goals
Role is primarily data analyst focused- with strong number collection, structuring, crunching, visualisation and reporting requirements
Ability to multi-task is necessary
Qualifications and Requirements:
Data Analyst experience in the marketplace and SaaS industry
Must be able to deliver analyst reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quaterly, half-year and annual basis
Committed to making virtual and in-person meetings with line management at Ibadan H/qtrs
Entrepreneurial with strong presentation, communication, report writing and analytic skills
Attention to detail and able to follow instructions to the letter
Ability to be self-motivated and with the daily hustle and to meet set targets per month
Reliable and honest
2-3 years’ experience in data analytics in the marketplace and SaaS industry
Work experience in data analysis and reporting with Nigerian based marketplace and SaaS platforms is a distinct advantage
Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Tableau, SQL, R and other data analytic tools in creating detailed reports and presentations for the purpose of synthesizing insights from data and making improvements to enhance business and impact performance of RxAll
Resident in Ibadan and familiar with and able to work in high density areas in Lagos and Oyo State as well as other major cities in Nigeria as required
Bachelor’s degree
Less than 30 years old
Recent graduate (max 5 years since graduation)
*Compensation *
Basic Salary of 80-120K NGN/month in the first 3 months of probation. Up to 150K NGN/Month on confirmation including performance commissions
A 3-month contract on probation- FT offer contingent on performance with an increase in basic salary
