Job Brief

 

A Christian Organization is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize its digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media management, an outstanding communicator and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

 

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

2. Lead the planning and execution for all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

3. Design, build and maintain our social media presence

4. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

6. Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

8. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

9. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience

10. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end membership experience across multiple channels and touchpoints

11. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

12. Hire and train other team members

13. Provide constructive feedback

14. Report to Management


Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing or Advertising role

2. Experience dealing with cross-cultural teams

3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

4. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.

5. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

6. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and measurement

7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Visionary with strong leadership qualities

9. A pleasant personality

10. A strong believer and devout Christian

11. A degree in communication, marketing, or related field

12. Certification or Diploma in Digital Marketing
