We are a reputable, world class, dynamic, creative and result oriented organization. We are currently recruiting for the post of an Estate Management Officer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to property maintenance request.
- Follow up with artisans on job sites.
- Writing report on property status and making adequate recommendations.
- Interpret drawings (property drawings) and offer relevant advice.
- Supervise site and its relevant functions.
- Marketing of property products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant experiences as an estate manager.
- Solid knowledge of property management maintenance and development.
- Good knowledge of sales technique.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- B.Sc. /HND in Estate Management, Building and Architecture.
- 25 - 32 years.
