We are seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant to support our team while working remotely. You will manage business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, and other organizational tasks

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, good knowledge of Microsoft office suite, and prior experience in this role or a similar role.

 Responsibilities

1. Respond to emails and phone calls

2. Schedule meetings

3. Book travel and accommodations

4. Manage a contact list

5. Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records

6. Organize managers calendars

7. Perform market research

8. Create presentations, as assigned

9. Address employees administrative queries

10.Provide customer service as the first point of contact

 Requirements

 1. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

2. Solid organizational and time management skills

3. Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

4. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

6. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

8. Ability to work remotely

9. A degree
