EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Our Client a reputable company based in Lagos is recruiting for the position of an Executive Officer. 

  

JOB DESCRIPTION 

This office has an operational and supervisory role that permeates all the business endeavors in the organization especially with regards to service operations and scheduling, customer interphase and relationship management, public relations and sales. 

 

This office shall supervise the activities of the various departments, ensuring that there is efficient interdepartmental transmission of information and materials. 

 

This office shall initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained and shall coordinate the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations in which clients are either dissatisfied or are unwilling to comply with the organizations conditions of service. 

 

This office enforces all company service policies and acts independently or assists in the performance of any and all duties necessary to ensure that all finance and human resources, compliance and project support service functions are performed in a timely and efficient manner

 

This office shall be responsible for supporting the company vision and mission.

 

responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.

 

 

Clients Relations  

       CREATE, UPDATE and ENFORCE company policies in line with the company’s vision.

       Supervise the activities of the various arms of the group ensuring that each project supervisor receives adequate support and supervision

       Constantly update the processes of the organization to meet conformance requirements of the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria 

       Monitor standards of work in the workshop and ensure that these standards meet best practices

       Due process supervision for all external services providers

       Supervision of the procurement process to ensure compliance with industry best practices

       Ensure that clients information is stored in the standard company triplicate procedure

       Understand and appropriates operate the company pricing system

       Shall ensure that services rendered meet the most stringent quality requirements

       Shall be a part of the debt management team

Experience Requirements

 

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience, in clients relations and project managment

Excellent knowledge of administration and organisational structuring

Ample experience at negotiations and deal structuring 

 

 

Educational Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, business from a Nigerian institution or any equivalents from a Non Nigerian institution

 

Other Qualifications and/or Certifications

 

·         A post graduate certification in business management or proof or attended courses/ trainings from accredited institutions.

·         Advanced computer literacy: Above average knowledge and experience in the following Microsoft Office applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

·         Must have a demonstrated record of success in playing a key role in a fast growing, entrepreneurial driven organization composed of very bright, energetic and results oriented individuals.

·         Verified experience in working within a subsidiary company arrangement (or multi-company) and/or inter-company shared services format.
