Our Client, a fast-growing agricultural investment aggregatorship brand is looking for an experienced and well-articulated Finance/Administrative Officer to join the growing brand.

The Finance/Admin Officer is required to play a key role in planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems.

 

Responsibilities


1. The office-holder will be responsible for maintaining the financial and administrative systems within the organization and exhibit customer service skills required to engage customers and prospects who visit the office for inquiries.

2. Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.

3. Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.

4. Maintain & manage records and receipts. 

5. Reconciling monthly and yearly transactions.

6.  Preparing balance sheets & Processing invoices.

7.  Developing in-depth knowledge of Organizational products and processes. 

8. Providing excellent customer service to clients.

9. Monitor all bank deposits and payments.

 

Requirements

 

1. This position requires strong knowledge and skills applicable in accounting and financial management as well as office administration.

2. It also requires sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.

3. Excellent communicator.

4. Outstanding analytical and time management abilities.
