A luxury hotel based in Victoria Island Lagos is looking to hire a full-time Front Desk Officer who can deliver a positive experience for their guests through meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, greeting guests, answering phones, making reservations, checking guests in and out, handling cash and credit card transactions, handling guest comments and complaints.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and good communication skills, able to handle all issues in a professional manner, as well as cash handling and basic computer skills. He/she must have experience and a working knowledge with OPERA. He/she must also have an excellent attitude and extremely personable. Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Previous hotel front desk experience is a MUST.
