The successful candidate will set the pace for office and resource management.  From scheduling and (special) project management to general clerical tasks involving answering the phone, proofreading documents, collating daily reports, handling petty cash and managing support staff.

General administrative assistants must possess excellent typing skills, great time management strategies, strong oral and written skills, and the ability to communicate well with others. They must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.  They may be responsible for disseminating information across the organization and taking minutes at critical meetings.

Knowledge of MS Office, general databases and word processing programs is necessary. The General Administrator must also be able to operate general office equipment, such as a copy machine, multi-line telephone system and scanner.

Additional expectations are that you will coordinate our community and CSR outreach programs.
