Our Client, a Real Estate company is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you should be capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and be attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

1. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

2. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

3. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

4. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and website.

5. Work with copywriters and other team members to produce final designs.

6. Test graphics across various media.

7. Amend designs after feedback.

8. Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary,

9 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

10. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

2. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

3. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. A strong eye for visual composition.

6. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

7. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

8. A degree.
