Job Brief
Our Client, in the Agribusiness, is looking for a Human Resources/Administrative Manager. You will take ownership of all Human Resources and Administrative matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development, etc. To perform well in this role you should have experience as a Human Resources Manager, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Responsibilities
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Managing the recruitment and selection process.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurture a positive working environment.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
2. Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software.
3. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Understanding of labor legislation.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
