Key Summary of the Job:

To undertake a variety of space designing projects

To undertake with design activity from conceptual development  to finish

Task Complexities:

Manage the design process throughout the entire project which involves

Develop design concepts that are reflective of client brief

Render conceptual, schematic and design development drawings

Agree furniture pieces and finishes with clients

Finalize presentation material for initial client meetings

Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”

Prepare accurate quotations and job orders for projects

Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

Research and decide on materials and products and accessories sourcing

Produce layouts ,schemes and 3d drawings

Work closely with the technical and operations team

Daily showroom walkthrough

Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practice

Any other tasks as assigned by duly authorised personnel

Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

Education&Experience:

Education:

A Degree in Interior Designs or Architecture.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant work experience
