Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safe installations and operations through proper protection systems and procedures

Ensure the smooth running of all factory machines and tools and ensure perfect condition of all machines and equipment.

Evaluate the company’s product specifications and examining them with customer’s requirement.

Ensuring compliance with procedures as laid out by the Site Safety Officer on matters relating to safety, control. This includes ensuring that all safety interlocks and devices are active in the program.

Support instrumentation Calibration Program for the plant.

Supervise & ensure technical/warehouse team carries out the recommended actions in a timely manner.

Responsible for operating and adjusting equipment or other apparatus to obtain required data.

Proactively maintain/improve the Mechanical system.

Ensure that all automation components, machines components are in the best conditions.

Requirements

OND/B-Eng in Mechanical Engineering with at least two (2) years experience

Ability to work within a fast paced environment

Good knowledge of Cutting and Edge-binding machine.

Skill requirement

Good communication skills (Oral & written)

Good interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to concentrate and pay attention to details
