Major responsibilities and duties include but not limited to;
1. Our portfolio managers will own and oversee the combined functions of Brand Management and Account Management
2. Gain critical alignment with key leadership stakeholders and the sales team.
3. Develop, implement and Manage the brand planning process of assigned portfolios.
4. Develop and deliver timely and successful solutions according to client’s needs.
5. Act as the primary point of client contact. Liaise daily and directly with clients on tasks via email, phone, in-person meetings, and video chat.
6. Leverage existing insights to drive strategic planning.
7. Partner with Channel Management to effectively drive trade and shopper engagement.
8. Partner with production to develop concepts and execute events.
9. Coordinate with client’s project teams to ensure project success.
10. Identify key stakeholders within the client’s organization to forge relationships that increase strategic opportunities.
11. Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s business objectives in order to identify how the agency’s solutions can support the achievement of the client’s business goals.
12. Maintain strong industry knowledge.
Required Skills:
1. A self-motivated team player that learns quickly, multi-task efficiently, and responds promptly to changing priorities.
2. Expected proficiency in relationship building, planning, people skills, prospecting skills, customer focus, and taking initiative.
3. Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written skills.
4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Prior agency experience or similar brand management
