• Promote the vision, mission and core values of the foundation

  • Communicate the theme of the foundation with key stakeholders

  • Raise funds for the foundation and managing all fundraising efforts, and external collaborations

  • Promote a Magazine (a publication owned by the foundation)

  • Draft and promote the foundation’s monthly newsletter

  • Manage operations at the Nigerian office and duties as will promote the work and aims of the foundation in general. 

  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

  • Coordinate cross-project activities

  • Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff

  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

  • Apply change, risk and resource management

  • Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors

  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

  • Resolve projects’ higher scope issues

  • Prepare reports for program directors

  • Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects
