Summary of our Requirements

A qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years working experience with proficiency in the following areas: 

1. Project management and contract administration
2. Production of working drawings and presentation drawings [3D] 
3. Proficiency in the following software: Autocad, Revit, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Coreldraw, etc
4. Design conceptualization, design development, specifications writing, tender process, site inspection and all necessary stages for statutory approvals. 
5. Managing project profitability, organization of resources and coordination of projects, including managing variations of brief or instructions and action to recover additional fees
6. Knowledge of technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and health & safety
7. Directing and managing other supporting staff in the delegation of work to allow the provision of assistance on projects as necessary
8. Uphold the ethos of the Company in terms of professional and design standards  
9. Liaising with and taking instructions and guidance from the Principal architect in programming workload and managing projects
10. Good written and verbal communication skills
11. Client relationship and management
12. Any other duties as directed by the Principal Architect.
