We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team!

You will be in charge of answering any customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a customer database of information.
Responsibilities:

    Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate person
    Solve customer problems ranging from simple to complex and resolve complaints
    Upsell customer account
    Maintain call center database
    Upkeep office equipment
