Title of the position: Regional Managing Director

Salary Range: #750,000-#800,000

Experience- 6+ years Experience                  

Reports to: Group COO and CEO

Overall responsibility

• Management and coordination of the office presence in the region. Region is defined as West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana).
• General company administration and development, and quality control
• To provide assistance to the professional staff
• To manage HR and financial matters
• To manage Business Development, grow market share and client base, generate proposals, sales and overall project management

Key Areas of Responsibilities

·         Human Resources

·         Chairing and Execution of Meetings

·         Banking & Cashflow, Debt Collection

·         VAT, Tax and Financial records

·         Travel and Staff Logistics

·         Administration and Finances

·         Marketing

·         Project Management

·         Clients relations

·         Quality Assurance
