Responsibilities
- Champion the growth of the organization’s funding portfolio
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Market and Sell our services to clients and potential patrons through a consultative approach and detailed understanding of customers’ business(es) and internal offerings to value.
- Improve experience and service delivery to the organization’s clients, members, and patrons.
- Aim to preserve members and renew membership contracts
- Focus more on individual and HNI clients as potential patrons
- Understand client businesses to ensure needs are met via BB products and Services
- Provide feedback to senior management, marketing, and product management on member’s needs and the efficiency of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate member’s needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Minimum of HND/BSc from a reputable tertiary institution
