Responsibilities

  • Champion the growth of the organization’s funding portfolio
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Market and Sell our services to clients and potential patrons through a consultative approach and detailed understanding of customers’ business(es) and internal offerings to value.
  • Improve experience and service delivery to the organization’s clients, members, and patrons.
  • Aim to preserve members and renew membership contracts
  • Focus more on individual and HNI clients as potential patrons
  • Understand client businesses to ensure needs are met via BB products and Services
  • Provide feedback to senior management, marketing, and product management on member’s needs and the efficiency of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate member’s needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

     Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  •  Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Minimum of HND/BSc from a reputable tertiary institution
