Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven,
confident and smart Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties,
from generating leads to closing sale, B2B presentation with significant
experience in generating and closing deals. This candidate should also be able
to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users on
social media.
Key
Responsibilities
1.
Ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction through excellent sales service
2.
Must be able to sell travel to
Corporate Organizations, Groups & Institutional bodies.
3.
Demonstrate commitment to
customers, provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating and
exceeding their expectations.
4.
Assess customers’ needs and
provide assistance and information on our available product features
5.
Provide advice customers on
visa, passport and security requirements relating to the destination and
confirm the issuing details for each reservation.
6.
Actively generate leads and is
able to follow up with leads with no supervision
7.
Follow and achieve sales goals
on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
8.
“Go the extra mile” to drive
sales
9.
Remain knowledgeable on
products offered and discuss available options

Cross sell products

Team up with co-workers to
ensure proper customer service

Key
Qualifications
1.
BSc/BEd Degree required.
2.
Proficient in the use of MS
Office, Skype & other office tools
3.
Must possess excellent
vocabulary/communication skills as well as detail oriented.
