Must have own laptop and internet modem (company provides funding for data)
Must be able to commit to the role full time without any side hustle
Must be based in Lagos (for Lagos position) or Ibadan (for Oyo position) and able to travel across Nigeria for sales to senior leaders in Government Agencies, Hospitals, Pharmacies and Health Trade Associations

General Summary:
Will be responsible for learning and performing multiple roles primarily across the following core tasks
Sign up hospitals and pharmacies to use product

Product sales in Lagos (for Lagos position) and in Ibadan (for Oyo position) primarily and across Nigeria as required
If successful will be promoted to lead Africa sales development
Acquiring new customers through direct sales and professional trade meetings
Carrying out authentication/data collection tests and campaigns
Coming up with and implementing ideas for marketing and acquiring new customers through direct sales
Will work directly with the Nigeria Manager to develop and execute strategies that will increase the number of paying B2B customers.
Role is primarily sales focused- signing up hospitals and pharmacies to use product
Ability to multi-task is necessary
Requirements:
The Sales Rep. would work in signing up customers- mostly hospitals and pharmacies in Lagos and Ibadan (primarily) and other cities in Nigeria as opportunity avails
Would be responsible for direct sales to pharmacies and hospitals through all channels available to sign up new pharmacy and hospital
Strong executive presence, existing relationships in the hospital and pharmacy industry and ability to be self-motivated is required to be successful in this role especially as work will require to work across Nigeria
Role requires collaboration with the West Africa Lead in fulfilling all duties required across the main tasks- product sales to hospitals, pharmacies, trade meetings of pharmacists and doctors
Reports directly to West Africa Lead
Qualifications and Requirements:
Sales experience and contacts at senior levels in the pharmacy and hospital industry
Must be able to make 1000 sign-ups for Lagos State and 500 sign-ups for Oyo State on monthly basis
Able to develop sales proposals and initiate and close enterprise sales to hospitals and pharmacies
Committed to making virtual and in-person meetings with line management at Ibadan H/qtrs

Entrepreneurial with strong presentation, communication, report writing and analytic skills
Attention to detail and able to follow instructions to the letter
Ability to motivate and drive his team to meet set target per month
Reliable and honest
2-3 years’ experience in sales of medical devices and allied products and getting new hospital and pharmacy customers to adopt new and especially internet-based technologies. Work experience in sales operations with Nigerian based ecommerce platforms is a distinct advantage
Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and other data analytic tools in creating detailed reports and presentations for the purpose of synthesizing insights from data and making improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and management understanding of customer engagement
Resident in Lagos(for Lagos position) or in Ibadan (for Oyo position) and familiar with and able to work in high density areas in Lagos and Oyo State as well as other major cities in Nigeria as required
Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree
Less than 30 years old
Recent graduate (max 5 years since graduation)

Compensation
Basic Salary of 70-80K NGN/month in the first 3 months of probation. Up to 120K NGN/Month on confirmation
A 3-month contract on probation- FT offer contingent on performance with an increase in basic salary
