Job Title: Sales/Marketing Personnel

Reports To: CEO/ Business Development Manager

Role Summary

We are presently recruiting sales and marketing representative to fill the role of sales and marketing personnel; the ideal candidate would market the unique services of the organisation.

These sales representatives have the responsibility of managing medium sized client portfolio; increase this portfolio and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within it customer and clientele groups.

Sales Personnel are expected to build and maintain a sound working relationship with customers and take part in regular business reviews, ensuring that trade activities are executed expertly and support the overall business objectives

Responsibility

Collaborates with the Business Development Manager in increasing sales and securing the most realistic sales goals and objective

Engage in the market survey to understand market trends and competitor

Assist in innovative ideas to help promote sales.

Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.

Responsible to increase sales and marketing revenues and meet the corporate goals of the organisation.

Continuously improve sales of our products and services.

Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the Companies products and services.

Developing prospective customers and gather information to determine their potentials.

Educational Qualification

Required University degree or its equivalent in Marketing or any other relevant degree.

Experience:

Minimum of over 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Additional functional experience, preferably in marketing, trade marketing and/or finance is an advantage

Experience in managing and leading sales teams

Required Skills and Competencies:

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

Business-related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Passionate about sales and must be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve sales plan

Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage a business.

Must have exceptional negotiating skill.
