Our  Client an Agricultural firm is looking for a Sales representative and Client Relations Officer to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. You will be responsible for communicating the products, services, and benefits of the company in order to drive sales and serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue, retain our customers by supporting with information and assistance that relates to products and services and educate prospective customers.


Responsibilities

Creating sales plans to generate revenue.

Building long-term relationships with key clients that build trustworthiness on behalf of the company and ensure that sales targets are met;

Create plans to promptly and effectively address clients’ needs or complaints;

Advise clients on creating best company services, products, or benefits for their specific needs or complaint;

Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues in a timely and well-organized manner;

Ensure new products, services and benefits are introduced to customers to ensure sales are met within agreed upon schedule;

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, bulk texts, and stellar customer service;

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports;

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;

Keep abreast of best practices, prices, and promotional trends among competitors;

Continuously improve through feedback.


Requirments

  • Prior Experience in the same or a similar role
  • Good communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A BSc degree
