Job Brief

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence. The ideal candidate should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our Organization’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities.

1. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.

2.  Create, edit, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, etc.)

3. Manage and oversee social media content.

4. Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.

5. Measure the success of every social media campaign.

6. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

7. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

8. Define the most important social media KPIs.

9. Collaborate with other departments/teams.

10. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

11. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

12. Provide constructive feedback

13. Report to Management

 

Requirements

 

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.

2. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media.

3. Knowledge of SEO best practices,  keyword research, and Google Analytics.

4. Hands-on experience in content management.

5. Excellent copywriting skills.

6. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

7. The ability to analyze data (specifically related to user behavior and engagement).

8. Excellent communication skills.

9. The ability to provide constructive criticism.

10. Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus
